We often install Torchdown, a  modified bitumen and fiberglass product that is unrolled to cover a flat roof. The seams are welded together with heat to create a single sheet on roofs with a low pitch.  Torchdown roofing systems have a long lifespan and resistance to harsh weather conditions. In general, these roofs are higher-quality than other materials. The name “Torchdown” comes from the method used to install the product. The underside is melted to adhere and seal the roofing, resulting in an increased resistance to water leaks. For a strong, durable, flexible, water-resistant roofing material, Torchdown modified bitumen is the best choice.

We also use Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO), which can be completely adhered to insulation board using adhesive or plates and screws. The flexibility of the material makes it ideal for many structures and provides UV resistance and low maintenance costs.
